Create Your Funnel and Build Your First Page in Systeme.io

Open your Systeme.io dashboard (the free plan gets you a real account with real funnels, no card required) and follow along with the plan from Lesson 1.

Create the funnel

  1. Click Funnels in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Choose the funnel type that matches the shape you picked in Lesson 1 — Systeme.io's templates are organized by goal (sell a product, build an audience, get more subscribers, host a webinar, and more).
  4. Name the funnel after the offer, not the launch date — you'll reuse and clone it later.
  5. Click Create funnel.

Add your first step

  1. Inside the funnel, click Add step.
  2. Pick the step type for the first item on your list from Lesson 1 — usually Squeeze page (opt-in) or Sales page, depending on the shape you chose.
  3. Give the step a clear internal name — "Opt-in" or "Sales Page," not "Step 1" — so the funnel map stays readable as it grows.
  4. Choose a template close to what you need. Starting from a template beats a blank canvas almost every time.

Build the page in the editor

  1. Click Edit page to open the drag-and-drop editor.
  2. Click any block — headline, image, button, countdown, form — to select it, then use the panel on the right to edit its text, size, and color.
  3. Drag new blocks in from the left panel to add sections; drag existing blocks up or down to reorder them.
  4. Replace the placeholder headline with the one-sentence result you wrote in Lesson 1 — that's the line doing the most work on the page.
  5. Set your button text to the single action this step wants (from your Lesson 1 plan) — "Get the Checklist," not a generic "Submit."
  6. Click Save in the top right.

Preview and publish the step

  1. Click Preview to check how the page looks, then use the device switcher in the preview bar to check the mobile view — most of your traffic will land on a phone.
  2. Once it looks right, click back into the editor and confirm the step status is set to Published (not draft) so it's live at its funnel URL.

Add the rest of your steps

  1. Go back to the funnel view and click Add step again for the next item on your Lesson 1 list.
  2. Repeat the build-and-preview process for each step until every step on your plan exists in the funnel, in order.
  3. Use the funnel map view to confirm the steps flow in the sequence you sketched — drag a step to reorder it if it's out of place.

Your funnel now has real, published pages. In the next lesson, you'll connect an email follow-up campaign so the funnel keeps working on contacts after they leave the page.
