Set Up a Client-Ready CRM for Your Agency · Lesson 5 of 6
White-Labeling and Presenting It to Clients
You've got a pipeline (Lesson 3) and automated follow-ups and routing (Lesson 4) running. Now make sure clients see your brand, not GoHighLevel's, when they log in.
Turn on white-label settings
Enable white-label settings at the agency level — this is what replaces GoHighLevel's name and logo with yours across client-facing screens.
Connect your custom domain
Connect and verify a custom domain for client-facing pages — booking links, forms, portals — instead of a GoHighLevel-branded URL.
Upload your branding
Upload your logo and set your brand colors so booking pages and portals look like your agency, not a third-party login screen.
Rebrand the mobile app
If clients or their team use the mobile app, rebrand it so it appears under your agency's name in the app store instead of GoHighLevel's.
Configure billing if it's on your tier
If you're on a tier that includes it, configure SaaS Mode to bill clients directly through the platform under your own pricing structure.
One thing this doesn't change: it's still GoHighLevel's infrastructure and feature set underneath your branding — if the platform changes a feature or has downtime, that affects your white-labeled instance too. Set client expectations accordingly.
Pros
- + Clients interact with your brand, not a third-party vendor's name, across booking pages and portals
- + Custom domain keeps client-facing links looking consistent with your agency's existing site
- + SaaS Mode lets you bill clients directly through the platform under your own pricing structure
- + One rebrand covers every client sub-account, not a per-client setup
Cons
- − White-label settings are typically gated to a higher pricing tier
- − You're still dependent on the underlying platform's features, uptime, and pricing changes
- − Initial setup (custom domain, DNS, app store rebranding) takes real time to configure correctly
- − Clients who search the mobile branding or dig into settings can still find the underlying platform

In the final lesson, we'll cover the mistakes that come up most often when moving existing clients onto a new CRM — tool-agnostic advice that applies whether you're migrating to GoHighLevel or something else entirely.
